About the Discussants:

  • Dr. Syed Wajahat Ali Shah earned his MBBS from Binzhou Medical University, China. He completed his house job at Lahore General Hospital, gaining clinical experience across multiple departments, including Respiratory Medicine, ENT, General Medicine, and General Surgery.
  • Aleeza Bibi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Abasyn University, Islamabad. She has undergone clinical training through internships in mental health settings, where she applied evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Passionate about psychological well-being, Aleeza is committed to helping individuals improve their mental health through empathetic and tailored therapeutic support.
