Mental Illnesses: The Battles No One Sees, The Stories Few Hear
Mental illnesses often hide behind quiet smiles, composed faces, and daily routines — making them some of the most misunderstood struggles of our time. Unlike physical ailments, mental health challenges remain invisible to many, often overlooked, misjudged or dismissed.
In this session, we will discuss the hidden realities of living with mental illness, exploring its psychological, social and clinical dimensions. More importantly, we will reflect on why empathy, awareness and early intervention are crucial in breaking the stigma.
