About the Speaker:
Dr. Rafia Toor is a medical professional with over 28 years of experience in oncology and nuclear medicine. She earned her MBBS from Sindh Medical University, Karachi, followed by an MSc in Radiation and Medical Oncology from PIEAS, and MSc in Nutrition from AIOU, Islamabad.
She has served at leading institutions including KIRAN Karachi and AECH NORI, where she contributed extensively in the fields of cancer treatment and patient care. As Pakistan’s National Project Coordinator with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), she worked on projects aimed at standardizing the role of radiation in palliative care.
Currently associated with Hamza Welfare Hospital, Pind Bhagwal, Simly Dam Road, Islamabad, Dr. Toor continues her commitment to advancing cancer care, integrating medical expertise with nutrition and holistic support for patients.
