Why do we often feel unmotivated, even when we want to be productive? Is it really laziness or something deeper happening in our minds?

This session explores the hidden psychology behind procrastination, lack of drive, and the feeling of mental exhaustion that so many of us struggle with today. We’ll discuss how emotions, stress, self-criticism, and even our environment shape our motivation and behavior.

By unpacking the myths around “laziness,” this conversation invites participants to understand their inner world better, and to learn how self-awareness, compassion, and realistic goal-setting can help reignite purpose and energy in daily life
