Designed for parents, educators, and thought leaders, this session combines expert insights with live activities to rethink digital habits. This session aims to provide practical perspectives on fostering healthier, more purposeful learning for the next generation.

About the Panelists:

Hira Rehman is a marketing strategist, analyst, and business leader with 6+ years of experience building brands, campaigns, and growth systems across 9 countries and 20 industries. She is the CEO of Exist Loudly Marketing, Co Founder of Strategro Ltd, and Lead Strategist and Analyst at Be Eminent LLC USA. Her work covers 360° full funnel marketing campaigns, from brand strategy and messaging to paid media, analytics, automation, and performance reporting. With a BBA from NUST and an MS in Business Analytics from FAST, she combines strategic thinking with strong analytical depth to help businesses grow with clarity and results.

Ayesha Durrani is a clinical psychologist, mental health therapist, yoga expert and cyclist.

Isbah Khalid is a certified teacher working as a Lecturer at a private university in Islamabad with over a decade of experience in Academic Management and teaching in both local qualifications and UK based qualifications. She is trained in SCERTS and has been actively engaged in Autism and Neurodiversity advocacy for the last 10 years offering support, direction and networking to parents and caregivers.
