What the Education Budget 2026-27 Tells Us
Beyond claims and political rhetoric, the numbers speak for themselves. To understand what’s wrong with our education system, we must examine both the recurrent and development budgets of all provinces, along with the national picture.
This session will highlight the anomalies and contradictions behind ministerial claims of prioritizing education. Where relevant, we will compare data across sectors, education levels, and provinces to test whether quality education, infrastructure development, re-enrolling out-of-school children, and fixing missing facilities are actually on our priority list.
