In this session of Baat se Baat, the speaker will discuss some of the global challenges faced by Pakistan, which includes subjects such as education, energy, job creation etc. that are going to affect it in the years to come. He will also discuss some common challenges of diaspora Pakistanis who are living in the UK. He will suggest number of solutions and opportunities for both Pakistan and British Pakistanis (or overseas diasporas) to work together for a common good.
About the speaker
Prof. Jawwad Arshad Darr is Professor of Materials Chemistry and Head of Clean Materials Technology Group at University College London (UCL). Also, he is co-founder of UPSIGN (UK-Pakistan Science & Innovation Global Network).
