Most of our issues are interlinked and a broader social, historical and cultural perspective is needed along with the economics. The question is not so much about if we have the capability to address these challenges but the capacity to collectively work together to overcome them.
About the Speaker
Amin Hashwani is a businessman, social activist, an analyst and a poet. He has founded and continues to support initiatives in the field of health, education, women empowerment, disability, youth, culture and societal harmony. Internationally, he has promoted peace between nations and societies, organised cultural and media events, spoken at conferences, universities, think tanks, and the United Nations. He has an honorary Doctorate and was nominated as the 25 ‘Intelligent Optimists’ globally by Ode magazine.
