About the Speaker:
Dr. Nasir Hussain Bukhari is a Pakistani educationist and researcher who developed interest in the impact of globalization on higher education through his wide ranging studies in the areas of Education, Gender, Information and Communication technology (ICT). He did M.A. in Pakistan Studies from BZU, Multan, MS Education from International Islamic University Islamabad, M.A. Education Planning and Management from AIOU Islamabad. His Ph.D. in Higher Education is from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. A part of his Ph.D. research was conducted at Alberta University, Canada, which opened up new vistas of research. Prof. Bukhari is an Associate Professor in Overseas Pakistanis Foundation, Islamabad. He is also a short story writer and a political analyst.
