About the Performance:
- “Shame On You” is a musical, interactive and experimental theatrical performance that sits at the crossroads of verbatim theatre and documentary performance, performed in Russian, English, and Urdu.
In this performance, we explore the intricate layers of shame—examining its ties to class, race, religion, politics, the body and desire—through personal stories collected from Switzerland, Russia, Pakistan, and across Europe.
