Women’s Mental Health in a Patriarchal Society
This session will explore the mental health struggles of women, particularly working women, in a patriarchal setup like Pakistan. How do societal norms impact their psychological resilience? What role do family, workplaces and institutions play in either supporting or worsening these challenges? Most importantly, how can we break the silence and develop a culture of mental well-being and support?
