Sexual health is an essential part of overall physical and mental well-being, yet it remains one of the most silenced and misunderstood subjects in our society. This silence often leaves young people vulnerable to misinformation, anxiety and preventable health risks.

This session approaches sexual health from a scientific, educational and health-focused perspective. Moving away from taboo and sensationalism, the conversation will focus on biological facts, emotional well-being, personal responsibility and the importance of reliable knowledge.

The aim is not to provoke, but to inform; not to shock, but to create clarity. By opening a respectful and evidence-based discussion, the session seeks to equip young people with understanding that supports healthier choices, self-respect and informed decision-making.
