Book Launch: Elephants in the Room
Join us for the launch of a first-of-its-kind comic book from Pakistan — a creative and compassionate initiative designed especially for children battling cancer. Authored by Dr. Muhammad Muneeb Khan and developed in collaboration with Gogi Studios, this pioneering work combines storytelling, empathy, and medical insight to offer comfort, courage, and understanding to young patients and their families.
The session features a special lecture by Dr. Muneeb titled “I Wish We Were Elephants” — an imaginative and deeply human look at cancer, inviting us to rethink illness through the lens of compassion and creativity. The lecture will be followed by a conversation between Dr. Muneeb and Umair Javed, an industrialist and entrepreneur.
This session is free and open to all. Just visit the venue to attend it.
