The poetry of Zahid Imroz communicates with us like a never-ending series of wounds and affect our senses and perception very strongly. We cannot glance at any of these poems in a conventional manner because they shock the so-called moral, aesthetic, and linguistic system of our traditional poetry. This is the poetry of an outsider, and we know very well that outsiders are not born every day. Such unusual poems cannot be written easily.
