Fold. Reflect. Heal — A Therapeutic Origami Workshop
Join us for an immersive experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and explore storytelling through the meditative art of paper folding.
Led by Sahar Sohail, this session offers a creative space to all, Gen Z and Millennials in particular, to reflect inward, embrace imperfection and engage in hands-on expression. No prior experience needed—just bring your presence, an open mind and a willingness to unfold what’s within.
Because sometimes, the most beautiful stories begin with a single fold.
