Session 06: Diving into New Techniques
This course is comprised of 8 sessions, where we will focus on drawing still life. The name “Fundamentals of Still Life Drawing” suggests that it is going to be an intermediate-level course for the age group above 12.
The course is aimed at building the skills of drawing from references, using different hatching styles, and shading techniques, how to master measurements of relative proportions and angles. We will also study still-life drawings by great art masters and understand the elements of composition. Over the course, we will also explore different art mediums, including charcoal, chalk, ink, and watercolor.
