Have We Learned any Lessons from 1971?
It is said that no incident happens all at once, but many factors nurture it over the years. The Fall of Dhaka is a tragic chapter in our history. We cannot change what happened, but we can certainly learn from history. In the session, we will examine whether we have learned anything from this tragedy or not.
