  • About the Discussants:

    Rina Saeed Khan has served as the Chairperson of Islamabad Wildlife Management Board (IWMB). The Board is in charge of managing Margallah Hills National Park and running the wildlife Rescue & Rehab Centre in Islamabad, the only one of its kind in Pakistan. She has been an environmental journalist for over 20 years, focusing on climate change and attending various Climate Change Conferences and reporting on them for Reuters, DAWN and Express News.

  • Riaz Muhammad is a businessman by profession and a passionate wildlife photographer. With over 13 years of experience documenting the biodiversity of Margalla Hills, he has captured stunning images of its rich birdlife, raising awareness about conservation through his lens. He has extensive knowledge of Pakistan wildlife and have travelled different areas of Pakistan to highlight the importance of our biodiversity. His work is published in magazines of WWF Pakistan and oriental birds club UK. 
  • Ozma Mushtaque is a writer, poet, filmmaker, and performing artist who explores the depth of human emotions while addressing pressing societal issues. Her film on climate change underscores the urgent need for action, reflecting her commitment to environmental advocacy. Passionate about women’s empowerment and youth engagement, she uses her creativity—through both writing and film—to inspire change and make a meaningful impact.
