Mastering Martial Arts: Insights From a National Karate Champion and Coach
In this session, we are delighted to introduce Hania Naqeeb, a passionate student and karate champion from the Islamabad Karate League 2023. Hania’s exceptional talent shone brightly when she clinched the gold medal at the Cadet National Karate Championship held at NED University Karachi in January 2024.
Also joining us is Muhammad Adnan Aslam, an internationally certified karate coach, Asian medalist, world-certified karate referee, judge, and CEO of The Master’s Academy of Martial Arts in PWD Islamabad.
Moderating this session is Saima Batool Jaffery, an international badminton player and sports diplomat. She is the founder of the Barefoot Air Badminton Club in F-10 Islamabad and previously served as the Manager of the women’s badminton team at the South Asian Federation Games in Sri Lanka. Notably, she was honored as Pakistan’s first female veteran in 2019 during an international badminton tournament in Dubai.
Together, they will offer insights, share experiences, techniques, and discuss challenges in martial arts and various sports disciplines.
