Psychosexual Health: Myths, Facts and Understanding
Psychosexual health remains one of the most misunderstood yet essential aspects of human well-being, often surrounded by stigma, misinformation and silence. This session aims to create a thoughtful and respectful space to examine psychosexual health through the lens of science, psychology and lived experience.
The discussion will address common myths and misconceptions, explore the psychological and emotional dimensions of sexual well-being and highlight how mental health, relationships, culture and social conditioning shape our understanding of sexuality.
