Ragas of Soul: Poetry, Solace and the Music Within
» Poetry has long been a refuge for human emotion – a space where pain, longing, memory and hope can be expressed, understood and transformed. Much like music, poetry has the power to soothe inner turmoil, create connection and give voice to feelings that often remain unspoken.
This session offers a reflective conversation on poetry, emotional healing and the inner landscapes of human experience. Through verse, personal insight and shared reflection, the discussion explores how language and artistic expression can become pathways toward resilience, self-discovery, solace and emotional renewal.
