Sexual, Emotional & Relational Health

In Pakistan, conversations around sexual, emotional and relational health often remain fragmented, stigmatized or reduced to silence. Yet these dimensions are deeply interconnected and central to human wellbeing, shaping how individuals experience intimacy, identity, mental health and relationships across their lives.

This session explores how sexual health is not only a biological concern, but also closely tied to emotional literacy, communication, consent and relational dynamics within cultural and social contexts in Pakistan.

By bridging medical, psychological and social perspectives, the discussion aims to move beyond taboo and misinformation toward clarity, awareness and healthier conversations. The goal is to help individuals, families and communities engage with these topics in ways that are informed, humane and constructive.
