About the Speaker:

Fayyaz Somro has over 20 years of experience in management, HR, and administrative affairs. He is currently working with a Federal Govt department and is responsible for HR procurement for the World Bank and ADB. Previously, he worked with the Pakistan Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (PCSIR), Ministry of Science & Technology, Govt of Pakistan, serving as Senior Administrative Officer (Establishment) (BS-18). He has taught at IQRA University, Islamabad, and ICMAP Islamabad, and is currently engaged with National Officer’s Academy (NOA) coaching CSS aspirants since 2008 with 500 allocated officers.
