The Future of Work: Rethinking Jobs, Skills and Workplaces

32 32 people viewed this event.

The world of work is undergoing profound transformation. Rapid advances in technology, artificial intelligence, automation, remote work and shifting economic realities are changing not only how we work, but also what work itself means.

As workplaces evolve, so do the expectations, challenges and opportunities facing individuals and organizations alike. Which skills will matter most in the years ahead? How will technology reshape careers, workplaces and human interaction? And what does the future hold for job security, creativity, work-life balance and professional identity?

This session explores the changing landscape of work and the emerging realities of the modern workplace.
