This lecture is aimed at the general public in which Prof. Jawwad Darr will share his interest in the applications of materials and nanotechnology in topics including healthcare, energy and the environment. He will discuss the many opportunities for nanomaterials in helping to address some of Pakistan’s needs and the importance of green materials practices in Pakistani industry.
About the speaker
Prof Jawwad Arshad Darr is Professor of Materials Chemistry and Head of Clean Materials Technology Group at University College London (UCL). Also, he is co-founder of UPSIGN (UK-Pakistan Science & Innovation Global Network).
