We live in the era of Artificial Intelligence, where machines can recognize faces, recommend products, write text and even drive cars. At the core of this revolution is Machine Learning (ML)—a branch of AI so influential that the two terms have now become almost synonymous.

But when it comes to the fundamental idea behind ML, especially how it differs from traditional non-ML algorithms or computer programs, not just laymen—but even many tech professionals and IT specialists—struggle to know it, and often have no fundamental understanding.

In this talk, we’ll learn about that fundamental differentiating idea—the one that truly makes ML Machine Learning.
